Terms of Use "aibum.id"

These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) regulate the use of the aibum.id online platform, operated by Individual Entrepreneur Yauhen Ryzhanovich.

This Agreement is drafted in accordance with generally accepted international e-commerce practices, data protection standards (including GDPR principles), and applicable digital service and intermediary liability frameworks.

The service is operated under Georgian jurisdiction.

Before accessing or using the platform, please read this Agreement carefully.

By accessing or using aibum.id, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must discontinue use of the service immediately.

1. Definitions

1.1 Platform / Site

The online service available at aibum.id that provides image generation, video generation, photo animation, editing, and text creation tools based on automated technologies.

1.2 User

Any individual or legal entity accessing or using the Site.

1.3 Operator / Administration

Individual Entrepreneur Yauhen Ryzhanovich, registered and operating under Georgian law.

1.4 Credits

Virtual units purchased or granted to the User, used to access content generation and processing features.

1.5 Photo Animation

The process of transforming a static image into a short animated video.

1.6 Third-Party Authentication

Optional login via external providers such as Google or Facebook.

2. Scope of the Agreement

2.1 This Agreement sets out the rules and conditions for using the services available on aibum.id.

2.2 Any use of the Site constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2.3 The platform is intended for Users aged 18 years or older.

Minors may use the service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2.4 The legal relationship between the User and the Administration is governed by the laws of Georgia.

2.5 Generated results are created automatically and may not fully match User expectations. No guarantees of subjective satisfaction are provided.

3. Service Description

3.1 The Site provides automated tools for generating and editing images, videos, animations, and text in exchange for Credits.

3.2 Purchased Credits are credited to the User account immediately after successful payment.

3.3 The Administration may grant free Credits to new or existing Users at its discretion and may modify such offers at any time.

3.4 Payments are handled by independent third-party payment processors. The Administration does not store payment card details.

3.5 Uploaded files and generated content are stored temporarily (up to 30 days) and are automatically deleted afterward.

Users are responsible for saving any content they wish to keep.

4. Rights and Obligations

4.1 User Rights

4.2 User Obligations

Provide accurate and truthful information
Pay applicable fees for paid services
Refrain from generating prohibited or unlawful content
Accept full responsibility for any generated materials

4.3 Administration Rights

Modify pricing, Credit rules, or service features
Suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms
Remove prohibited content without prior notice
Discontinue or modify services at any time

4.4 Administration Obligations

Provide access to services as described
Ensure reasonable security of payments and data
Process personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy

5. Credits and Usage

5.1 Credits are assigned immediately after payment confirmation.

5.2 Credits are required for image, video, and text generation tasks.

5.3.1 Image Generation Credits Cost

• New image generation = 1 Image Credit
• Image variation = 1 Image Credit
• 2× upscaling = 5 Image Credits
• 4× upscaling = 10 Image Credits
• Photo restoration = 5 Image Credits
• Multi-editing tool = 5 Image Credits

5.3.2 Video Generation Credits Cost

• 5-second standard-quality video = 1 Video Credit
• 5-second good-quality video = 2 Video Credits
• 5-second PRO-quality video = 3 Video Credits
• 10-second standard-quality video = 2 Video Credits
• 10-second good-quality video = 4 Video Credits
• 10-second PRO-quality video = 6 Video Credits
• VEO 3 video (8 sec) = 8 Video Credits
4K video upscale:
• 5 sec = 1 Video Credit
• 10 sec = 2 Video Credits

5.4 For text generation, 1 word equals 1 Credit.

5.5 Users must contact support regarding payment discrepancies.

5.6 Used or partially used Credits are non-refundable.

5.7 Output results may vary due to automated processing.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Content generated using paid Credits belongs to the User.

6.2 Such content may be used for personal or commercial purposes.

6.3 Content created using free Credits may be subject to usage limitations.

6.4 Users must ensure generated content does not infringe third-party rights.

7. Liability Disclaimer

7.1 Users are responsible for their account and payment accuracy.

7.2 The Administration is not liable for losses caused by User error.

7.3 No liability is assumed for service interruptions, technical limitations, or automated inaccuracies.

7.4 Users bear full responsibility for generated content.

7.5 Prohibited Content Includes:

• Violence or abuse
• Pornographic or explicit materials
• Deepfake content involving public figures
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Extremism, terrorism, or propaganda
• Religiously offensive or blasphemous content
• Promotion of illegal substances
• Any content involving minors in sexual or violent contexts

7.6 Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

7.7 Long-term file storage is not provided.

8. User Content Handling

8.1 The Administration may remove prohibited content.

8.2 Users retain responsibility for all generated materials.

8.3 Files are automatically deleted after the retention period.

8.4 Users may delete their account and content at any time.

9. Data Protection

9.1 Use of the Site implies consent to data processing as described in the Privacy Policy.

9.2 Users may request deletion of personal data at any time.

9.3 Uploaded content may be processed through third-party AI APIs.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Parties shall attempt to resolve disputes amicably.

10.2 Unresolved disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Georgian courts.

11. Amendments

11.1 These Terms may be updated at any time.

11.2 Changes take effect upon publication.

11.3 Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.

12. Final Terms

12.1 This Agreement is governed by Georgian law.

12.2 Continued use confirms acceptance of all Terms.

12.3 The Administration is not liable for force majeure events.

13. Third-Party Login

13.1 Users may authenticate using Google or Facebook.

13.2 Only minimal identification data is received.

13.3 Login credentials are not stored by the Site.

13.4 Access can be revoked by deleting the account.

14. Uploading Photos & Private Links

14.1 Uploading content constitutes consent to automated processing.

14.2 Generated files may be accessible via private direct URLs:

• Not publicly indexed
• Not visible to other users
• Accessible only to those with the link

14.3 Users may delete files at any time.

14.4 Deleted files cannot be restored.
