By purchasing Credits and using the platform, you agree to this Refund Policy in addition to the Terms of Use.

1. General Principles

aibum.id provides access to digital services through virtual units (“Credits”).

Credits are used to generate or process digital content, including images, videos, animations, and text.

Credits are added to the User’s account immediately after successful payment.

Credits are considered digital goods with instant delivery. Their purchase and use are governed by this Refund Policy and the Terms of Use.

2. Situations Where a Refund May Be Granted

A refund request may be considered only in the following cases:

2.1 Unused Credits

If none of the purchased Credits have been used and no generation or processing has taken place, the purchase may be eligible for a refund.

2.2 Technical or System Errors

If, after payment, the User is unable to access the platform or use purchased Credits due to a verified technical malfunction on the platform’s side.

2.3 Service Access Failure Attributable to aibum.id

If account access or service functionality is unavailable due to an internal error, and the User is unable to use the purchased Credits.

If one of the above conditions applies, the refund request may be reviewed and approved at the discretion of the Administration.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not issued in the following cases:

3.1 Partial or Full Use of Credits

If any Credits have been used—whether in full or in part—the purchase becomes non-refundable.

3.2 Dissatisfaction With Generated Results

Refunds are not provided if:

• generated images, videos, or text do not meet personal expectations,
• artistic style, accuracy, or output quality differs from the intended result,
• outputs contain artifacts or imperfections.

Automated content generation is probabilistic, and results are not guaranteed.

3.3 Temporary Service Interruptions

Refunds are not granted for:

• scheduled maintenance,
• short-term outages,
• temporary performance slowdowns.

3.4 User Errors

Refunds are not available for:

• accidental purchases,
• incorrect plan or Credit selection,
• misunderstanding of platform functionality.

4. Refund Request Procedure

4.1 Request Deadline

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of payment.

4.3 Refund Method and Processing Time

4.4 Payment Provider Fees

Fees charged by third-party payment processors (such as PayPal, Stripe, or Paddle) may not be refundable according to their own policies.

aibum.id is not responsible for non-refundable transaction fees imposed by payment providers.

5. Special Conditions

5.1 Account Suspension or Termination

If an account is suspended or terminated due to violations of the Terms of Use (including generation of prohibited content):

• any unused Credits are forfeited,
• no refunds will be issued.

5.2 Legal and Policy Compliance

All refund requests are evaluated in accordance with:

• the Terms of Use,
• the Privacy Policy,
• generally accepted data protection principles (including GDPR),
• international consumer protection standards applicable to digital services.
