• These URLs are not publicly indexed or listed

aibum.id:

• Does not publish, sell, or reuse uploaded photos
• Uses uploaded content only to provide the requested service
• Does not intentionally index user content in search engines

Users are encouraged not to upload highly sensitive or private images if they are uncomfortable with the existence of private access links.

Users may delete uploaded or generated content at any time via account tools.

Once deleted, files are removed from active systems and cannot be restored.

IX. Processing via Third-Party AI Services

To provide image generation, enhancement, animation, or editing, uploaded content may be transmitted to third-party automated processing providers (e.g., Replicate, Runware).

Such processing may involve international data transfers and is conducted in accordance with recognized data protection frameworks.

If users do not agree with this form of processing, they should refrain from uploading personal or sensitive materials.

X. Account Deletion

Users may delete their account at any time.

Upon deletion:

• Personal data associated with the account is permanently erased
• Generated and uploaded content is removed
• Deleted information cannot be recovered

XI. Cross-Border Data Transfers

By using the platform, users consent to the processing and storage of personal data across different jurisdictions.
